Speaking and Living God
God spoke creation into existence. Let there be…and it was good.
God spoke Jesus into existence “in the beginning was the word, and the word was God and the word was with God and the word is God,” “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” (John 1:14).”
Jesus spoke and lived (and continues to live) demonstrating holiness, compassion, and peace. His commitment level to God…EXCEPTIONAL. Out from His obedient life flowed, healing, miracles, signs and wonders, deliverance, and cruxifiction of His natural man. The strength of His love toward us held Him to the cross. Flesh crucified and His spirit ascended to the Heavens.
Not leaving us comfortless, He sent His holy spirit to indwell us.
Received.
We live in a world that needs hope, compassion, and love. God’s word lives within us, therefore we have the speaking and living ability to penetrate and fulfill this need with truth.
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son for God, who loved me and gave Himself for me,” (Galatians 2:20).
“And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit,” (Galatians 5:24-25).
“Life and death are in the power of the tongue.” Be led by the Holy Spirit when speaking. He will guide us into all truths. Allow God to speak through you.
We have the ability to live a life of worship toward God, for “those that worship, must worship in spirit and in truth.” Allow God to live through you.
Speak and live a life that directs others to our Father in heaven.
Faith in Jesus enables us to do greater works.
Examine areas of life where you fill led to speak and live God so that change can take place, so that God’s will can be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Dear Father, we love you. We crucify our flesh today. Speak and live in and through us today, tomorrow, and forever. Amen.
