Vacation

Sunrise…beautiful sounds of requests spoken from the mouths of my sweet children flow through the air. Understanding the responsibility; I arise from resting position, leaving my body print behind. A good night of sleep and a morning filled with dreams ensures readiness for the day. At the breakfast table the children are thankful for the attention given to their needs, smile. A precious demonstration of how we are when our Father God responds to us.

Sitting, folding, thinking, dusting, cleaning, wiping, clearing and worshiping is how the morning goes, while exhausted children nap.

Spiritual houses need cleaning just like natural houses.

What are things that take up space in our houses that are not useful to us?
Examine.

When we release our will to God, His will can be done in us.

Why do we allow some things to sit and collect dust and serve no real purpose?
Toss.

“There is a time to keep and a time to throw away.”

If I move this [thing] out, that will allow more space in the house.
Clear.

Have we allowed God to stretch out in our temple as much as He desires? What can we get rid of to ensure that this happens?

Our body is the temple of the living God.

Examining, tossing and clearing out the old to make room for the new is so important for our spiritual and natural houses, “you can’t put new wine in old wineskins,” says the scripture.

Let’s avail our houses to God today by making room for His presence.

Children are awake, gotta go…
