Soar not snore...
“…This is why it is said: "Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you." (Ephesians 5:14)
"Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.” (Isaiah 60:1)
Don’t miss it.
God is moving and willing to move on our behalf. When we wake up to the possibilities, potential and promises that stand waiting for us. Our view of victory becomes more apparent. Understand that flesh tries to cover the brilliancy of our spirit. We must reject the offering to be robed in unrighteousness and receive our true spiritual covering – a robe of righteousness, let it shine.
No longer will we be pleased with sleeping in the midst of opportunities to be spiritually awakened, we will rise! No longer will we indulge in that which is fluffy and comfortable, but we will accept the firmness of the truth that posits that we were meant to do more than sleep.
We were designed to perform mighty exploits so that the name and glory of God could cover the earth. For every action there must be a reaction and a birthing forth of something greater within that which acted.
Does sleeping to spiritual things benefit?
“What does it profit a man to gain the world and lose his soul?” It profits hurt, failure, a continual striving of nothingness and void, disappointments, hopelessness, repeated roadblocks, low probability for success, it hurts…But when you gain your soul and lose the world, there is eternity, relationship with God, a shift and accomplishment of sweet victory, goodness and mercy, the truth that…”the blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich and he addeth no sorrow with it,” light shining confirming that “the glory of the Lord has risen upon you…”
Wake up, soar rather than snore.
Don’t miss the graceful alarming of His presence knocking at the door of your heart today. Yield your mind, body and soul to Him.
He cares for you, He loves you & He’s speaking to you right now…wake up.
Belive, Love & Obey God
