Smile-maintenance ~~

I love it! The life experiences that cause my lips to curve upward -part, cheeks to lift, the corner of my eyes contract, and my pearly whites are revealed, (thanks 3D white)! 

The beauty and power of a smile is amazing. 

Unfortunately many find it hard to do, especially when life is overwhelming.  How does one overcome this? By being truthful when you can't be honest. What does this mean? Everyday isn't rosy - truth! You are not the only one going through or that has gone through something - truth! Don't compare yourself to other people and what they have, you are you and they are who they are, BE YOU - truth! Heartbreak will come but you shall recover - truth! 

Again, the beauty and power of a smile is amazing. Your smile can be a gateway for someone's day going from gray to bright. Your smile serves as confirmation that you can relate to someone's pain and at the same time give them hope, that all will be better soon. Your smile can bring healing to someone who is going through pain. It may even take a little of the sting away. The muscles used to form a smile are in place for a purpose, work them out daily. Turn someone's frown upside down.
